WristClocks.com offers a 15 day customer satisfaction guarantee. Customers may return any item for any reason within the 15-day period.
As Wholesalers, we have the opportunity to provide you with brand name watches at prices far lower than any Authorized Dealer can give you. While the merchandise is 100% authentic, since we are not Authorized Distributors for many brands, the warranty of the watches may or may not be covered by the Manufacturer. In cases where it is, a manufacture’s warranty card will be issued & stamped by an Authorized Dealer. Warranty service should be handled directly between the customer and manufacturer. A WristClocks Warranty will not be supplied when the watch comes with a manufacturer original endorsed warranty card. In cases where it would not be covered under the Manufacturers Warranty, the warranty of the watches is provided by WristClocks and not by the manufacturer. WristClocks.com will service every watch sold on our website and does not come with the Manufacturers Warranty for 2 years form the date of purchase. While the merchandise is 100% authentic, since we are not authorized dealers, the warranty of the watches may be provided by WristClocks and not by the manufacturer. We have been in the watch business for over 20 years and stand behind the products we sell. Our watch repairmen are very experienced and have been repairing all types of watches ranging from cheaper brands up to the most high-end brands of watches for many years
WristClocks provides warranty coverage for any malfunction of the watch movement and battery replacement. Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. WristClocks.com does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
All warranty repairs are valid only at WrsitClocks.com. Watch repairs or service by someone other than WristClocks.com will void all warranties. All shipping and insurance costs for warranty returns to WristClocks.com are to be paid by the customer.
All warranty returns must obtain an RA#, Repair Authorization number, by contacting us at 1-800-593-8526. The RA# must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package and be shipped insured via a trackable method to:

Alterations, Sizing & Repairs
Although WristClocks.com offers only the finest quality products, from time to time some service or repair may be necessary. For alterations, sizing or repairs please contact our customer service department.

- Our EXTENDED RETURN POLICY is in effect. Purchases made from November 22nd until December 24th, 2013 may be returned up until January 8th 2014.

- Please remember that if you would like to return or exchange an item purchased during the above period, you must call customer service on 866-593-8526 to obtain a RMA# (Return Merchandize Authorization Number).
- Our normal 15 day Return Policy will take effect on all orders placed or received after December 24th.
- This extension does not apply to "Special Order Items".
WristClocks.com will gladly exchange or refund any unworn and undamaged item with all original packaging materials. All returns must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and be returned to WristClocks.com within 15 days of receipt of the original purchase. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package or it will not be accepted.
The items being returned must be shipped back with insurance at its full value, at the customer’s expense.

All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations and wear.
In case of a return, a refund will be issued to the Customer for the full amount of the returned item excluding the original shipping expenses. The same also applies for an exchange with a balance due to the customer.
For purchases paid by a credit card the customers account will be credited within 3 business days of return receipt. For all other forms of payment a refund by corporate check will be issued within 3 business days.
Items that are special orders or have been altered may not be returned or exchanged.

All orders for items that are in stock are usually shipped within 2 business days of collection of payment. In the event an item is out of stock the customer will be notified via e-mail as to the estimated time of delivery. No charges will be made to credit cards and no checks will be deposited unless the customer agrees to the delay and the item is in stock and ready to be shipped. We guarantee that items will be shipped within 2 business days of collection of payment.
Once an order has been shipped, an e-mail will be sent to the customer containing the shipment information (Carrier, and tracking #, if any). All packages will usually be shipped via UPS. However, in some cases we might use other carriers like FedEx or US Mail. All packages require an adult signature and delivery cannot be made to P.O. Boxes.
